"I was quoted two days of work. The crew rushed for some reason and tried to finish it in a day therefore the work was messy, sloppy and no prep work was done on the moldings and walls. My husband made them come back a second day because a lot of the work was also unfinished. We complained and they spent that day under my husbands nose (who had to take work off) doing everything over and doing it right. They got paint on all our switch plates and we needed to replace them. They got paint on our $100 door knobs and our $400 windows. My husband lost a day of work because he had to watch and make sure they did the work correctly. Over all the job was done in the end to a satisfactory level but the necessity for my husband to stay home from work and watch them, along with the hassle of our house being a mess after the first day made the experience as a whole, dissatisfactory."
